Dan Graham, CEO

Dan Graham co-founded in 2005 and oversees the company’s growth strategy and plays a key role in its philanthropic efforts and talent acquisition. Dan is a winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year ® 2013 Central Texas award. He is also a recipient of the Austin Business Journal's 2012 Best CEO Award, and was named 2012 Austinite of the Year and the Business and Entrepreneurship category winner by Austin Under 40, recognizing his success as a business owner as well as his commitment to philanthropic work. As a native Austinite, Dan personally gives back to the Austin community through participation on the Board of Directors for numerous philanthropic organizations including United Way for Greater Austin, Caritas of Austin, Greenlights and the Austin Chamber of Commerce among several others. He also acts as a mentor to aspiring young entrepreneurs working with Capital Factory and SKU. Dan earned undergraduate degrees in computer science and philosophy from The University of Texas at Austin and a J.D. from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law.

Kit Mellem, Chief Financial Officer

Kit Mellem oversees’s financial and legal operations, policies and reporting. Kit joined in 2009 and has helped the company continue to grow rapidly and increase profitability. Prior to joining, Kit was an attorney with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP in New York, where his practice focused on the taxation of corporate transactions. In 2014, the Austin Business Journal recognized Kit as the city’s Best CFO in the large private company category. Kit was also a winner at the 2014 Austin Under 40 Awards in the Financial Services & Insurance category, recognizing him as a leader in his industry and also for his commitment to serving the community. Kit serves on the Board of Directors for GENaustin and the Austin Chapter of Financial Executives International (FEI). He earned bachelor’s degrees in accounting and philosophy from The University of Kansas and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.

Nick Swerdfeger, Chief Operations Officer

Nick Swerdfeger oversees’s production, supply chain, enterprise accounts services and customer service operations. Nick joined in 2007 and has been responsible for scaling the company's operational infrastructure and capabilities to effectively meet’s rapid growth. Nick is on the Board of Directors for the Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) Southwest Region, is active in the Austin Regional Manufacturers Association (ARMA) and is a frequent volunteer with the Capital Area Food Bank. Before joining, Nick served as an Optimization Engineer for BP at their Carson, CA refinery. He earned bachelor’s degrees in chemical engineering and economics from Colorado School of Mines.

Chelsea Woodhead, Chief People Officer

Chelsea Woodhead has been with since 2010 and oversees communications, philanthropy, human resources, recruiting, staff engagement, office and facilities and corporate culture for the company. Since joining the company in 2010, she has launched the self-funded Giving Program which has awarded $1M in in-kind gifts to date and developed keystone community involvement programs like Philanthropitch and CreateAthon. In 2014, Chelsea was honored as a finalist for the Austin Business Journal Profiles in Power award as a 'Rising Star' in the Austin business community. Chelsea serves on the Board of Directors for the Austin chapter of Conscious Capitalism, is a Social Venture Partner with Greenlights, is an active member of the Junior League of Austin and has served on the Executive Committee for Leukemia and Lymphoma Society since 2012. She earned bachelor’s degrees in public relations, political science and women’s studies from Gonzaga University and has a professional background in public service, politics, community relations and nonprofit work.
