We’ve made some great improvements to the SignSouce1 design and ordering process, as well as redesigned our website. In order to help our valued customers navigate the new changes, we’ve highlighted a few of the improvements and changes for you!

Ordering Frames and Stakes

Instead of purchasing a “combo” with panels and frames or stakes, signs, frames, and stakes are now ordered separately. Once you’ve selected the size and material of sign you would like, just check to see which stakes and/or frames are compatible with it.

Or you can choose your frames or stakes first and then find a size that is compatible with them. Either way, just make sure you choose the same quantity for your signs and sign holders!

Some Product Changes

Where’s the solid thermal plastic? Given solid thermal plastic’s tendency to yellow and become brittle with extended outdoor exposure and the overall superior durability of our aluminum, we are encouraging our customers to upgrade to aluminum instead. Best of all, we are providing this upgrade for FREE! In case you still prefer solid thermal plastic, you can find it here.

What about the H-channel angle frames? After considering our customer feedback, we’ve returned to offering a double rider frame with a metal rider slot on top instead of the H-channel we had recently offered. The price to you will remain the same.

Expanded Shipping and Delivery Options

We now offer more delivery options than ever. Depending on the contents of your order, you may now choose from delivery in:

• 4-6 business days
• 7-9 business days
• 10-12 business days
• 15 business days

Due to temporary increased demand, delivery options may vary for orders containing introductory or promotional offer items from an email or otherwise.
