Our custom canopy tents use full-color, all-over dye-sublimation printing on durable spandex fabric, visible from every angle, with a lightweight collapsible aluminum frame (Hex 40mm tube) and wheeled carrying case included for fast, tool-free setup. Add custom full walls to expand your branding, block wind, and give your booth a finished, professional look. Walls attach via integrated Velcro straps directly to BuildASign tent legs and toppers — no tools needed — and are available with full-color printing. Built for trade shows, festivals, farmers markets, and indoor or outdoor events alike.
Tradeshow Frequently Asked Questions
Our canopy tents are 10' x 10' and 10’ x 15’, offering the perfect footprint for most events and trade shows. The canopy tent walls are designed specifically to fit BuildASign canopy tents; we cannot guarantee compatibility with tents from other manufacturers.
For tents, you can choose between the canopy topper only (for replacements or additional events) or select the hardware and roller carrying bag as a full kit. Canopy tent walls are currently sold separately; this product includes the wall only.
Yes! Upload your own design or use the design studio to fully customize the tent or wall's appearance. Both use full-color dye-sublimation printing for long-lasting, vibrant graphics that resist fading. Note: tents print all-over/full coverage; walls currently print single-sided only.
Yes! Both are made from water-resistant spandex fabric, suitable for light rain and damp conditions, and work well indoors (conventions, registration booths) or outdoors (festivals, farmers markets). On concrete or asphalt, we recommend sandbags or weight plates, especially in windy conditions.
The wall attaches directly to the tent legs and BuildASign-compatible canopy toppers using integrated Velcro straps, no additional tools required.
The pop-up design requires no tools. Setup is possible alone, but we recommend two people for an easier, faster setup.
Make sure the tent fabric is clean and dry before storing it in the included carrying case to extend its life. Canopy walls are machine washable. Wash in cold water and air dry to help preserve print quality and color vibrancy.
